When your order is placed, you as the customer enter into a contract with Sold-asseen.com Recycled. Once payment has been received and processed, we will aim to fulfil your order and dispatch/contact you within 2 working days.

We will always double check items before delivery or collection. If there should be any issues at all, an email will be sent to you, the customer immediately.


 GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 
  •  All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 
  •   In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made 


 

Please inspect your order  if the item is defective from what was described, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Return and Refund Policy

 Please note, Jewelry & bags are sold as seen and can't be returned.

  

As our product is As Seen, we do not usually offer a refund.


However, if the item has an issue as a result of our fault then to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


 Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
