Yes, you can cancel if the request has not been acted upon. We will refund you but will not refund the 10% admin fees.
If, for any reason the process has already started, we will work out the percentage of what was agreed for the tasks. This depends on how far in the task we are. We will provide evidence and justify the reason for the deduction.
We scan, send email attachments, or send a picture via WhatsApp, if necessary, with the outcome. You decide.
